Effective Monday, March 29, 2010, Constructors & Associates (Constructors) will begin operating as Structure Tone Southwest. The current rebranding is an evolution that began in 1987 when Constructors became a member of the Structure Tone organization.

November 16, 2009 – Robert W. Mullen, CEO of Structure Tone, and John (Jack) J. Donnelly, chairman and CEO of L.F. Driscoll Co., announced today that L.F. Driscoll will merge with Structure Tone.

November 5, 2009 – Structure Tone announced today that it has formed a venture with Corporate Lease Properties (CLP) to provide facility financing for clients seeking to finance real property assets off-balance sheet.

September 22, 2009 – Mark Jones, vice president of Structure Tone Southwest, has been elected a Board Member for the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce. Mark will serve a three-year term on the Board commencing January 2010 through December 2012.

July 13, 2009 - John M. Clark has joined Structure Tone Southwest, a member of the Structure Tone organization, as director of business development in our Houston office.

June 24, 2009 - The new 180,000sf headquarters for Thompson & Knight law firm in Dallas officially received LEED Sliver certification from the USGBC (United States Green Building Council).

June 1, 2009 - Structure Tone is delighted to announce that Reginald J. Arnold, II (Reg) has been named senior regional vice president for Structure Tone in Washington, DC.

May 27, 2009 - Structure Tone was recently honored at the State of New Jersey’s 81st Annual Governor’s Occupational Safety and Health Awards dinner.

May 25, 2009 - Structure Tone once again teamed with United Way of New York for its annual Gridiron Gala. Anthony Carvette, president of Structure Tone, served as co-chair of the 2009 event.

May 20, 2009 – Structure Tone Southwest, a member of the Structure Tone organization, was recently recognized by Shell Corporation for outstanding safety achievement.

May 10, 2009 - The Mid-Atlantic and New York Metro CMAA Chapters (Construction Management Association of America) selected Novo Nordisk and Bank of America One Bryant Park for top honors in the 2009 local chapter construction excellence awards programs.

May 10, 2009 - The New York Metro Chapter of CMAA (Construction Management Association of America) selected the new Hayden Hall at Manhattan College as the Construction Excellence Project of the Year for private projects between $60-100M.

May 5, 2009 - Structure Tone entered into an OSHA Cooperative Program for a new, 300,000sf, out-of-the-ground data center being built in Somerset County, NJ.

April 10, 2009 - The Dallas Chapter of TEXO, the construction association affiliated with Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) and Associated General Contractors (AGC), selected a Structure Tone Southwest managed project as an Outstanding Project for 2009.

March 1, 2009 - The San Antonio Chapter of American Subcontractors Association (ASA) selected Structure Tone Southwest’ own Armando Angular as Project Manager of the Year.

February 15, 2009 - Jennifer Taranto was elected as a member of the Executive Committee of the Leadership Council and the Membership Committee Chair of the USGBC (United States Green Buildings Council) Massachusetts Membership Forum.
