Princeton Selected by CMAA as Project of the Year
| (May 10, 2009) - The Mid-Atlantic CMAA Chapter (Construction Management Association of America) selected Novo Nordisk for top honors in the 2009 local chapter construction excellence awards programs. Novo Nordisk was selected as Construction Excellence Project of the Year for private projects over $10M. The Novo Nordisk project entailed construction of the new North American headquarters for Novo. The facility is 167,000sf and achieved LEED Silver certification. The Awards Committee was composed of owners and professional construction managers. The Committee considered project outcomes, overall management, safety, quality management, cost management, schedule management, complexity, innovation and creativity, and customer satisfaction as the basis for the awards. The Structure Tone organization is a worldwide leader in construction services that includes Structure Tone Inc., Structure Tone International, Structure Tone Southwest, Pavarini Construction Co., and Pavarini McGovern. These companies collectively employ over 1,200 professionals, have 21 offices in the US, UK and Asia, and put in place over $3.0B in annual construction volume. |
