Armando Aguilar Honored as Project Manager of the Year by San Antonio Chapter of American Subcontractors Association
(March 1, 2009) - The San Antonio Chapter of American Subcontractors Association (ASA) selected Structure Tone Southwest’s own Armando Angular as Project Manager of the Year. The ASA awards recognize subcontractor business partners who embody the spirit of excellence in the industry.
“This is a considerable achievement for Armando,” notes Mark Jones, vice president in charge of Structure Tone Southwest’s San Antonio and Austin offices. “Armando has just over 10 years in the industry and his fellow nominees all have considerably longer tenures. This is a true testament to Armando’s superb technical skill as well as his outstanding relationship building and problem solving capabilities. We’re lucky to have him.”
Speaking about the award, Armando commented “I honestly can’t think of a bigger honor. Great subcontractors are such an important part of our firm’s success and to be honored by our partners, the folks I work with in the field every day, it’s really an overwhelming feeling.”
Armando is a LEED AP and civil engineering graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago. His experience includes managing data center, life science lab, hotel, educational and corporate facilities.
