CM Safety and Reliability
With multiple projects in a busy urban area, a reliable construction manager helps put minds at ease. Structure Tone understands the need for timeliness, safety and reliability when working on college campuses. We are always ready to get the job done right. Recently we provided construction management services for various projects for St. Francis College throughout their Brooklyn campus. Work has ranged from interior fit-out, laboratory and data center construction to MEP/infrastructure and site upgrades. Our staff developed and instituted a site specific safety plan for every construction project on the active campus. This included installing protective barriers, utilizing negative air equipment, erecting fencing and new wayfinding and signage. All job site work was coordinated with College representatives to ensure all activities remained uninterrupted.
