Structure Tone Announces New Business Development Director in Houston, TX

(July 13, 2009) - John M. Clark has joined Structure Tone Southwest, a member of the Structure Tone organization, as director of business development in our Houston office. He will be responsible for new business pursuits, client development, and marketing activities in the Houston and Gulf Coast region. John specializes in the commercial real estate sector and will also focus on expanding Structure Tone Southwest’s existing relationships with special emphasis on higher education and healthcare.

John joins Structure Tone Southwest from NAI Houston where he was an associate responsible for building a portfolio of new business through buyer and tenant representation. He was involved in closing over 2,000,000sf commercial real estate transactions including lease, sale, design-construct and build-to-suit deals throughout the Houston area. In 2006, John’s efforts were recognized by being named as a recipient of the annual CoStar Houston Industrial “Power Broker” award.

John is a graduate of Texas Tech University at Lubbock with a bachelor’s in marketing. He is also a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas.
