When the law firm Graves, Dougherty, Hearon & Moody was looking for a new headquarters space in Austin, they selected our firm to provide construction services for the office build-out. This 65,000sf law firm fit-out is on three floors of the Frost Bank Tower in downtown Austin. Highlights of this high-end construction project included custom art glass window walls, a monumental interior stair, architectural grade casework and polished plaster walls.

Finishing Touches

Looking to create a functional, yet beautiful, workspace for both clients and employees, Graves, Dougherty selected several high-end finishes to be used throughout the three floors. In order to keep the project on a fast-track schedule and incorporate all of these items, our staff worked closely with the design team during preconstruction to pre-purchase the long lead items, such as the custom art glass for the window walls and the monumental interior stair. All items were onsite for their scheduled installation days keeping the project right on track.
